    The most iconic dish of Sicilian cuisine. The arancino or arancina depending on the city. We will prepare the classic arancino al ragu and the vegetarian version alla norma, with a stringy heart, fried eggplant and roasted tomato.

    Afterwards we will taste it accompanied by a good glass of Etna natural wine.

Laura has been super great host, we totally enjoyed experience, learned a lot and ate delicious food with beautiful local wine. Definitely unforgettable moments. Thank you
