Cooking class with a panoramic view! During this experience you will be welcomed by Lisa and Patrizia in the house at Giudecca in a building dating back to the 1600s and in front of a spectacular view of Venice you will prepare together with Patrizia the cook three traditional Venetian recipes, aperitif with the delicious mozzarelle in carrozza in assorted flavors, first course the bigoli with Venetian sauce and tiramisu.

Lisa and Patrizia will share their recipes step by step for you to make at home for yourself and your guests. You will learn about the history of these dishes and the local wines paired with them. Each participant will have a station with everything needed to make the dishes offered in the cooking class.

I had the pleasure of cooking with Patrizia while in Italy with my best girlfriend this week. This experience was a highlight during our amazing adventure. Patrizia was so warm and friendly and obviously passionate about authentic Italian cooking. She shared techniques, tips and recipes we will be able to incorporate at home. This was an unforgettable experience that I will be raving about for years. The fresh pasta, delicious vegetables and sauce she helped us create were amazing. The authentic Tiramasu was the best I have ever tasted. Highly recommend!
