    Lisa and Patrizia welcome you to the Giudecca house, where, inspired by a beautiful view of Venice, you will lace up your aprons and turn into Venetian pastry chefs! You will learn how to make three traditional desserts: fritole, a symbol of the wonderful and colorful Venetian Carnival; zabaglione cream, which will not only serve as a filling for the fritole, but will also be presented with the typical Bacoli cookies, made by Patrizia, who will share with you their curious history and recipe; and finally, the ever-present tiramisu.

    You will be guided step by step in the preparation of these traditional desserts through family recipes, and you will be able to reintroduce them to your guests, remembering the excitement of this very sweet cooking class.

    I had the pleasure of cooking with Patrizia while in Italy with my best girlfriend this week. This experience was a highlight during our amazing adventure. Patrizia was so warm and friendly and obviously passionate about authentic Italian cooking. She shared techniques, tips and recipes we will be able to incorporate at home. This was an unforgettable experience that I will be raving about for years. The fresh pasta, delicious vegetables and sauce she helped us create were amazing. The authentic Tiramasu was the best I have ever tasted. Highly recommend!
