    I look forward to welcoming you to my home surrounded by greenery, where we'll start with a walk through my family's olive grove, followed by a tasting of our homemade olive oil and olives. Together, we'll prepare a traditional Italian aperitivo: bruschetta with seasonal garden spreads, local cheeses and cured meats, all paired with white or rosé Prosecco.

    We’ll make fresh tagliatelle from scratch, and I’ll also show you how to dry and store them, along with two extra recipes for using them later. We’ll cook the family’s traditional meat ragù—or, upon request, a vegetarian sauce.

    At the table, we'll enjoy wine from the Lucca hills. To finish, a classic tiramisù or a fruity version with strawberries or peaches.

    This was an amazing experience, Rosanna was so friendly, really knowledgeable about food and created a fantastic evening for us that we will always remember. The food, drinks, company and environment were first class. I could not recommend her highly enough.

    I had a great time cooking with Rossana! She showed us how to make two different types of pasta dough, tiramisu, basil pesto and a tomato based sauce. She was very friendly and has a lot of knowledge! Her husband supported her during the class, cleaned in between, took care of our well beeing and kindly took on the role of a photographer. We talked a lot, they are very open and hospitable people! There house and garden are very beautiful, exactly as pictured on the photos. They also showed us their olive trees, which was very interesting. At the end we even got all the written recipes and a little gift to take home. I would definitly recommend this cooking class! Thank you so much for the warm welcome to your home and the amazing time and food we shared! :)

    I prefer simple dishes made with just a few wholesome, seasonal ingredients, often harvested directly from my own vegetable garden and orchard. I love to enhance the authentic flavors of the land using extra virgin olive oil that we produce ourselves. My cooking is rooted in traditional Tuscan cuisine, but I also enjoy experimenting: I create original recipes that I carefully jot down in my personal recipe book, built over time with love and passion.
