You’ll enjoy a starter featuring a traditional Sienese dish—bruschetta topped with our homemade olive oil and garden tomatoes. Together, we’ll make pici, a rustic local pasta, paired with seasonal vegetables. To finish, a classic tiramisù. Join us for an authentic experience in nature, filled with flavor and relaxation. - We are currently on our 12th day in Italy and I have to say that our cooking lesson and experience with Antonella, her husband Fabio and their friend Elena was the highlight of our trip. My 23-year-old son had the time of his life and really learned some cooking skills to use forever. Their lovely farmhouse, 20 minutes from Siena, was amazing and the kitchen amazing. I believe we were their first class, and I truly hope they continue to share their hospitality and Italian warmth to many more visitors in the future. I can’t recommend them highly enough!
