Just a few minutes from the center of Florence, in a welcoming and refined setting, you will enjoy a unique culinary experience. Together we will prepare Pici, a typical fresh pasta from the Tuscan tradition, considered the homemade ancestor of spaghetti. At the end of the course, you will taste the Pici seasoned with Cinta Senese pork or Aglione, accompanied by an excellent glass of Tuscan DOC wine. Florence is a paradise for lovers of good food, a city unique in the world that combines history, culture, breathtaking views, and excellent cuisine. We will reveal the secrets to making Pici at home and experiencing the incredible satisfaction of tasting a pasta dish you have made yourself. - Our cooking experience with Tamara and Alfredo exceeded all of our expectations! We loved the whole experience! Learning to make homemade pasta was something we definitely wanted to do while in Florence. The recipes were delicious, and by the end of the evening, Tamara and Alfredo felt like family. The tiramisu that they served us was the best that we had during our whole vacation in Italy! We can't wait to recreate the recipes on our own.
