Take a seat at my table to enjoy forgotten recipes that have been treasured and passed down for generations.
During this cooking class you will learn how to make two fresh pasta recipes and a fantastic tiramisu. Under my guidance you will learn how to make dough like a real sfoglina and how to prepare fresh pasta, following my family's recipes. Everyone will participate in making the recipe, everyone will be provided with an apron and a handout, where the recipes will be explained, with ingredients and steps. At the end of the course you will be able to taste the recipes we will have prepared together, all accompanied by a good local wine.
My home is in the very center of Florence, just a few minutes from the station.

- We had a wonderful experience with our host and her husband. We learned a lot and hope to try these recipes when we return home.

We ended up staying after dinner for a couple hours to just chat and enjoy their company. The place was right in the heart of Florence, making the experience even more surreal. I heavily recommend this class to those in search for a friendly, memorable, Italian-based experience.

Our Cesarina isn’t Florentine by birth, but “by customs”. She has been living in the Tuscan capital for several years now, slowly falling in love with it and learning its customs and culture.
