Scopriamo insieme l'arte di preparare le tradizionali orecchiette pugliesi, un piatto simbolo della cucina del Sud Italia, che andremo a condire con le saporite cime di rapa o con i broccoli, a seconda delle preferenze stagionali. Mentre le nostre orecchiette si asciugano, ci dedicheremo alla preparazione di deliziosi biscotti morbidi al limone, dal profumo fresco e invitante, per aggiungere un tocco dolce alla nostra esperienza culinaria. Al termine di questo viaggio tra i sapori autentici della Puglia, concluderemo l’esperienza con una degustazione dei piatti preparati, dove ogni assaggio racconterà la storia della tradizione. Non mancherà un antipasto di friselle con pomodorini freschi, un piatto semplice ma ricco di gusto, il tutto accompagnato da un calice di Primitivo di Manduria.
I have been few cooking workshops to learn the home cook of different countries and this workshop hosted by Deborah was the best experience i have ever had. Deborah was very warm person, she is not only teach me how to make beautiful and delicious pasta, also share the culture, travelling tip and nice restaurant recommendations. The connection was instant and so warmly, that I had really wonderful afternoon / evening with her, truly recommend for anyone like Italian home cooking experience!

I had the most wonderful experience at the Italian cooking class hosted by Deborah and Janette. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed into a warm and inviting space that instantly felt like home.
Both hosts were not only knowledgeable and passionate about Italian cuisine, but also genuinely interested in sharing stories and learning about each other’s cultures. It was such a joy to connect over delicious food and meaningful conversation.

I highly recommend if you are in Bologna to take a cooking class with Deborah! It's more than learning to cook regional cuisine, you are also experiencing the true value of traveling—making connections. Deborah not only makes delicious food, but she is also warm and friendly. One can enjoy food (prepared with her guidance) while engaging in authentic, personable conversations.
If I am ever in Bologna again, I plan to take another class! 😃
