Ciao da Giovanna, vi parlo un po' di me.
la mia casa si trova lungo i famosi portici Bolognesi da via D'Azeglio a piazza dei Tribunali, prende il nome dalla produzione artigianale di tovagliati dal 1288, da qui via delle tovaglie. Fin da bambina nella panetteria e pasticceria di famiglia, ho imparato ad impastare, a stupirmi ogni volta di ciò che, con acqua, farina, zucchero, colori e sapori, si sfornavano capolavori. Nei miei corsi di cucina cerco di far emozionare i miei ospiti ricreando quei capolavori che sono le tradizioni di piatti senza tempo, di quelle mani operose delle nostre nonne che con amore ci hanno trasmesso il loro sapere.

- A memorable and precious experience for our family with the wonderful master chef, Giovanna P. She was an absolute pleasure to spend time with. Our Son was excited the most with this class. On top of that, she hosted us in her beautiful historic apartment from the 1700s, which was a special experience that felt warm and welcoming. Giovanna also provided us with great tips and recipes to take home, so we can recreate these amazing dishes in our own kitchen. - Giovanna welcomed us in her beautiful home near the city centre of Bologna. She prepared a beautiful spread of appetizers with prosecco and made us feel right at home. She taught us how to make two different types of stuffed pasta, ravioli and balanzoni, and also tiramisu. She had a wonderful translator that helped answering all of our questions. Giovanna was patient, kind, ane welcoming, and has plenty of experience as she used to own a restaurant! We learned so much in 3 hours and had the most delicious dinner paired with great wine. It was an intimate setting and we got a lot of hands-on experience with preparation of the dishes. Would highly recommend to anyone that wants to learn how to make delicious pasta!
