Corso di cucina: impara a cucinare le ricette della tradizione italiana con una Cesarina locale
Cominceremo con un aperitivo di benvenuto accompagnato da un buon bicchiere di Prosecco.
Per prima cosa realizzeremo insieme il tiramisù, il dolce italiano per eccellenza, che riposerà in frigo in attesa di essere gustato. Poi passeremo al cuore dell'esperienza: prepareremo insieme l'impasto per le tagliatelle e i ravioli. A seguire, ci dedicheremo alla preparazione del ripieno dei ravioli, mentre metteremo a cuocere un delizioso ragù di pomodoro, salsiccia e rosmarino. Gusteremo tutto insieme a una selezione di vini del territorio. Non vedo l'ora di accoglierti in un ambiente curato nei minimi dettagli, per condividere tradizione, convivialità e passione per la cucina!

- Roberta was AMAZING and is a great teacher! She showed us how to make tagliatelle and tortelloni with spinach and ricotta filling. She made us a delicious piadina dish as an aperitivo which was absolutely delightful. We had great conversations about Italy, travel, cooking, and family. At the end of the experience, she shared some of her home made gelato which was divine! When we left her house, we were stuffed! - Roberta’s class exceeded expectations! She accomodated my vegetarian diet but made sure my husband’s wishes were met as well. We enjoyed local wine and specialties. Her kitchen was beautiful, spotless and well appointed. We learned so much and highly recommend!
- Roberta was phenomenal and provided everything we hoped for in a Bolognese cooking class, and more. The ricotta and spinach ravioli, and tagliatelle and ragu with her direction was an easy contender for one of our favorite meals in Bologna. And sweet baby Jesus, her tiramisu was the almost forgotten cherry on top after we indulged in the fresh pasta courses, but not one of us left a single bite uneaten. The experience as a whole was so fun and Roberta was incredibly welcoming and accommodating to my family. The class was one of the highs of our whole trip.
