    Ti aspetto per un’autentica esperienza bolognese tra colli e tradizione! Dopo un calice di benvenuto, prepareremo insieme due tipologie di pasta fresca tirata a mano con il mattarello, come vuole la tradizione. La prima è una sfoglia verde, che farciremo con un delizioso ripieno di mortadella, ricotta e Parmigiano per creare i tipici Balanzoni. La seconda è la sfoglia gialla all’uovo, con cui realizzeremo i classici tortelloni ripieni di ricotta e spinaci. Una volta pronti, li cuoceremo e li gusteremo insieme a vini locali selezionati, nella mia casa immersa nel verde dei colli bolognesi. Chi vuole imparare la tradizione bolognese?

    Roberta and her cooking class were amazing! We made ravioli, tortelloni and tiramisu . Roberta was very knowledgeable, kind , patient, and very enthusiastic in teaching how to make pasta ! Her kitchen was amazing , everything was prepared and organized for us to start right away . It was wonderful to have the class in her beautiful kitchen and be able to enjoy eating our lunch that we made together in her beautiful dining area . She was very friendly and very hands on and helpful with instructions and methods . Certainly recommend with 5+*****

    Roberta was very welcoming! Her home and location of the cooking class was very beautiful. Everything was set up in her kitchen which was a culinary dream! My daughter (14yr) my aunt and I enjoyed learning to make tortelloni and ravioli and tiramisu. Roberta spoke English very well and was easy to follow with the cooking. All parts of the dish were hands on from pasta to filling of pasta and all dessert ingredients. The food was simple, yet incredible flavorful! We absolutely enjoyed our experience and would highly recommend Roberta’s class to anyone interested in traditional Italian pasta!

    We loved our morning with Roberta. She is a very welcoming and gracious.. She really knows how to cook and how to teach others to cook. Her kitchen is beautiful. We made two different kinds of tortelloni, each absolutely delicious. It was a very relaxing hiatus in our trip. Though we spent only one morning together, we felt as though we were leaving a dear friend, and it was hard to leave !

    Roberta was an amazing host! She was so patient with my 2 girls. The gelato was so delicious and the whole process was easy to understand. She had fresh fruit, a delicious sparkling wine, and refreshments ready for us. Definitely recommend booking a lesson with Roberta!

    Amo la mia cucina in quanto spazio e luogo di lavoro. Adoro mettere le mani in pasta per creare sfoglie e frolle, una passione che trova la sua ispirazione nelle tradizioni culinarie della Toscana e dell'Emilia-Romagna. La mia cucina è un connubio di questi due mondi. Dalle classiche lasagne e tagliatelle alle autentiche pappa al pomodoro toscana, la mia tavola è un viaggio attraverso i sapori tradizionali di queste regioni. Non mancano mai il tiramisù e i biscotti di Prato, immancabili per concludere il pasto, magari accompagnati da un bicchiere di vino santo. La mia cucina è il riflesso del mio amore per la tradizione e della gioia nel condividere questi piaceri gastronomici con gli altri.
