Ti do il benvenuto nella mia casa sui colli bolognesi per un'esperienza dedicata alla pasta fresca della tradizione bolognese! Durante queste 3 ore, scoprirai i segreti per preparare tagliatelle e tortelloni come una vera sfoglina, usando il mattarello per trasformare farina e uova in opere d'arte gastronomica.
Inizieremo con la preparazione del tiramisù, che riposerà in frigorifero mentre lavoriamo l'impasto e la sfoglia per preparare tortelloni e tagliatelle impeccabili. Dopo la cottura, assaggeremo i tortelloni conditi con burro e oro e le tagliatelle al ragù di salsiccia e rosmarino, accompagnandoli con vini locali selezionati.
Concluderemo con il nostro tiramisù e un buon caffè. Ti accoglierò in un ambiente curato nei minimi dettagli, per condividere tradizione e convivialità!
