Vi accoglierò nella mia cucina per un'esperienza culinaria dedicata alla pasta fresca bolognese in versione vegetariana. Gustate le tagliatelle alle erbe di stagione e i tortelloni ripieni di ricotta e verdure fresche. Gli antipasti seguiranno la stagionalità, così come il tiramisù preparato con frutta di stagione. Sarete ospitati in un incantevole patio fiorito con vista sul Portico di San Luca, dove potrete vivere un'esperienza autentica a tavola insieme alla mia famiglia.

This was truly one of the highlights of our trip to Bologna! The class took place in our chef’s beautiful home, which instantly made the experience feel warm and authentic. We started with a glass of crisp prosecco and learned to make three different kinds of pasta completely from scratch — each one more delicious than the last. The ingredients were unbelievably fresh, with herbs like sage picked straight from her garden. After cooking, we sat outside in her gorgeous garden and enjoyed our meal together — a perfect mix of laughter, great food, and wonderful company. If you’re looking for a genuine Italian cooking experience that feels both intimate and inspiring, this class is a must-do. I left full, happy, and ready to recreate these recipes at home!

We had a wonderful and fun experience cooking with Adriana in the company of a lovely couple who also attended the cooking course. Adriana is very welcoming, charismatic and fun. She carefully guided us through the traditional dishes of tiramisu, tortelloni and tagliatelle which we later enjoyed on Adriana’s lovely terrace. Thank you for a really great experience Adriana. Tra le prelibatezze che i miei ospiti adorano, spiccano i Tortellini alla Goccia d'Oro, preparati con una riduzione di brodo di gallina, arricchita con panna, parmigiano e zafferano, e l'irresistibile cotoletta alla bolognese. La pasta fatta in casa, la panificazione e la pasticceria in generale sono il cuore pulsante della mia passione per la cucina, un amore che mi piace condividere attraverso ogni piatto che preparo.
