La mia passione culinaria abbraccia sia i ricchi sapori della cucina petroniana che i vibranti gusti del Mediterraneo. Tra le prelibatezze che i miei ospiti adorano, spiccano i Tortellini alla Goccia d'Oro, preparati con una riduzione di brodo di gallina, arricchita con panna, parmigiano e zafferano, e l'irresistibile cotoletta alla bolognese. La pasta fatta in casa, la panificazione e la pasticceria in generale sono il cuore pulsante della mia passione per la cucina, un amore che mi piace condividere attraverso ogni piatto che preparo.

Esperienza bellissima. Adriana è una perfetta padrona di casa, divulgatrice della vera arte della cucina italiana. Mi ha insegnato che la cucina è cura, attenzione agli ingredienti, ma anche semplicità e divertimento. Mi sono sentita a casa, grazie Adriana!

We had a wonderful and fun experience cooking with Adriana in the company of a lovely couple who also attended the cooking course. Adriana is very welcoming, charismatic and fun. She carefully guided us through the traditional dishes of tiramisu, tortelloni and tagliatelle which we later enjoyed on Adriana’s lovely terrace. Thank you for a really great experience Adriana. We have planned pasta nights with friends in the upcoming weekend to spread your teaching.

We had a wonderful experience preparing tiramisu, tortelloni, and tagliatelle with Adriana. She had a lovely set-up for lunch in her garden, and we enjoyed the company of two other guests. The whole experience was fun and now we feel more confident to prepare pasta at home. Thank you to Adriana for her warm hospitality and a memorable Bolognese Sunday lunch .

Thank you very much Adriana, for the hospitality, the conversations and for the lovley food we learned to make. Enjoying the meal in the cozy garden made the stay extra pleasant. After the course, Adriana suggested that we could walk back to the city center which we did. It was a beautiful walk under Bologna's unique porticoed walkways.

Adriana was a fabulous host. During our visit we welcomed into her house walking distance from our hotel in the heart of Bologna. She was very accommodating as we wanted to make the traditional tortellini in the both, as this is a winter dish, she was still able to accept our request. During our time, we enjoyed some aperitivo . We made two types of pasta as well as some delicious tiramisu. Not only was the food and company great, her backyard where we ate is beautiful!
