Rosa ci accoglie nel bel mezzo del centro storico bolognese: un dedalo di viuzze dai colori sgargianti, impreziosite dai palazzi medievali e dai tipici porticati del capoluogo emiliana. La casa della nostra Cesarine si trova in una laterale di via Indipendenza, una delle strade più importanti della città, a poca distanza da piazza Maggiore e dalle Due Torri. Avvocato di professione e appassionata sportiva, Rosa vive a Bologna da oltre 45 anni, tanto da aver ormai assimilato perfettamente le tradizioni della città. «Ho anche fatto un corso per imparare l’arte della sfoglia, e nel tempo libero adoro preparare i grandi classici della cucina locale».

- Rosa is an excellent host! So hospitable & welcoming into her home. She was great with teaching & showing us how to make fresh pasta, tiramisu & piadina, which was delicious and even more enjoyable to eat. Would recommend her to everyone! We loved our morning cooking with you Rosa, we had so much fun grazie mille!!!
- We had a cooking class with Rosa in Bologna. It was a unique experience. Rosa was such an amazing host and teacher. She demonstrated and explained everything with such good humor. We laughed a lot, made pasta and tiramisu and laughed a lot more. It has ‘made’ our holiday in Bologna-
- We were in Rosa's class, four people, one of whom is a vegetarian. Rosa is charming, very pleasant, thinks of everything, maintains a pleasant light feeling and welcomes with a laugh and a smile. The food was very tasty thanks to her excellent guidance and making sure that everyone had something to eat and that they enjoyed it with good wine.

She immediately made us feel welcomed and we had a fabulous time from start to finish. Rosa was great at accommodating all skill levels. She made the class educational and entertaining and we feel like we’ve taken away some great insights to bring forward with us when we get back to cooking at home. She even went above and beyond to give us some great recommendations for the rest of our stay in Bologna. - Rosa was super lovely and friendly, and she welcomed me so warmly. I had so much fun making tagliatelle and tiramisu. She prepared me an appetizer as well as pasta that I made. It was such an amazing experience. I’d love to do it again with Rosa!
