Ciao da Roberta!

Amo la mia cucina in quanto spazio e luogo di lavoro. Adoro mettere le mani in pasta per creare sfoglie e frolle, una passione che trova la sua ispirazione nelle tradizioni culinarie della Toscana e dell'Emilia-Romagna. La mia cucina è un connubio di questi due mondi. Dalle classiche lasagne e tagliatelle alle autentiche pappa al pomodoro toscana, la mia tavola è un viaggio attraverso i sapori tradizionali di queste regioni. Non mancano mai il tiramisù e i biscotti di Prato, immancabili per concludere il pasto, magari accompagnati da un bicchiere di vino santo. La mia cucina è il riflesso del mio amore per la tradizione e della gioia nel condividere questi piaceri gastronomici con gli altri.

We loved cooking with Roberta! Her home and kitchen are beautiful and she provided amazing bites of Parmesan bread, mortadella mousse, pignoletto wine, and other Emilia-Romagna specialities. Even though we booked our cooking class with her just the afternoon before, she was able to get everything ready for us to make amazing tortellini with Parmesan cream and tiramisu. Roberta was warm and friendly and accommodating. She even let me practice my not so good Italian and shared a glass of her homemade limoncello at the end of the night. Roberta created a wonderful experience that we will never forget! I highly recommend you book a cooking class with her if you are in Bologna!

Roberta was fabulous! She hosted myself, 4 other family members, and another woman from the US. Not only was the food great with very helpful tips, she was excellent company. 10/10 would book again.

We love Roberta! We had a great learning experience with her as the host of our small group pasta and tiramisu class at her very beautiful home. Her recipe was very simple yet authentic. She gave us not only the recipe but her techniques and alternative ingredients. We love everything from the dishes we made to the vibe of the background music and ambiance at the kitchen and the great company and friends we made through this booking. We made pomodoro bolognese pasta, tigelle with prosciutto and bacon, ravioli and the very yummy tiramisu. She also served us with prosecco and lambrusco wine.

Our cooking experience with Roberta was amazing! She welcomed us in her beautiful home and shared her culture and skills with us. The recipes were delicious, with fresh herbs and great ingredients. We even got to try the local bread and wine. Roberta was great company, very sweet, and knowledgeable. Lovely kitchen and setting to cook in, we highly recommend the experience to anyone who likes to cook!
