Ciao da Roberta!

Amo la mia cucina in quanto spazio e luogo di lavoro. Adoro mettere le mani in pasta per creare sfoglie e frolle, una passione che trova la sua ispirazione nelle tradizioni culinarie della Toscana e dell'Emilia-Romagna. La mia cucina è un connubio di questi due mondi. Dalle classiche lasagne e tagliatelle alle autentiche pappa al pomodoro toscana, la mia tavola è un viaggio attraverso i sapori tradizionali di queste regioni. Non mancano mai il tiramisù e i biscotti di Prato, immancabili per concludere il pasto, magari accompagnati da un bicchiere di vino santo. La mia cucina è il riflesso del mio amore per la tradizione e della gioia nel condividere questi piaceri gastronomici con gli altri.

Great experience! Roberta is very nice, easy-going and helpful. It was a lot of fun and learning. 100 % recommend!

Such an amazing experience! We had a special request to make gluten free gnocchi and Roberta was able to accommodate with no issues at all. We were given a small appetizer once we arrived and opened a bottle of lovely lambrusco as we cooked. Roberta was so sweet and had an amazing kitchen and home. It felt very comfortable. The gnocchi and homemade sauce was one of the best dishes I've had in a long time. We also made a wonderful panna cotta for dessert and left ridiculously fully. Highly recommend this cooking experience, you will not be disappointed!

Roberta was an excellent teacher and a wonderful host. She taught us how to make delicious pasta, sauce, dessert, and antipasti. I had a great time and would do it again in a heartbeat!

Roberta has a wealth of experience, is a former restaurant owner and passionate cook. She made sure our tortellini came out just right, gently giving advice and sharing valuable insights. I can’t recommend her more as a confident teacher, elegant host and warm person. We hope to see her again.
