Nel cuore di Bologna nella splendida cornice dei Giardini Margherita Roberta, in un ambiente spazioso e pieno di energia, accoglie i suoi ospiti per intrattenere un esperienza culinaria della tradizione tosco romagnola.
Infatti Roberta nata a Firenze vive da moltissimi anni a Bologna ma essendo a due passi continua a spostarsi fra l' Emilia e la Toscana fondendo anche i sapori di queste due belle parti della nostra Italia. I piatti che cucina sono tantissimi e nella sua creatività riesce a fare piatti classici della cucina regionale con varianti adatte alla stagione, al tema della serata, al desiderio del gruppo. La sua passione per la cucina nasce fin da bambina "Mi è sempre piaciuto mettere le mani in pasta!"

- We had a wonderful and relaxing Saturday afternoon in Roberta’s beautiful home. Her Kitchen was well appointed and impeccably organized. She began by offering us a small apertivo and then the class began. Roberta was patient and thoughtful in her approach to teaching us our recipes. We will be back to Bologna again hope to see Roberta. Highly recommend her.

- It was a wonderful two hours with Roberta. She gave us a warm welcome and served us a selection of excellent traditional starters in her absolutely fantastic kitchen. Together we prepared an extremely tasty tiramisu. The highlight was the pasta. Learning about the consistency of the dough needed for tagliatelle and ravioli and the entire production of the two types of pasta was absolutely fascinating. Grazie mille, cara Roberta!
- The evening we spent at our Cesarine's (Roberta's) home kitchen was wonderful. Roberta was warm and welcoming. Her kitchen was amazing. We enjoyed the appetizers and wine. The pasta lesson was a fun experience and produced the most tender and flavorful pasta dishes. It was a night full of conversation and food. The best part about it was the home environment. Highly recommend! Can't wait to get the recipes from Roberta.
