Per prima cosa prepareremo il tiramisù, il dolce italiano per eccellenza, che riposerà mentre gustiamo un aperitivo di benvenuto. A seguire ti guiderò passo passo nella lavorazione degli gnocchi, dall’impasto ai filoncini, fino a creare gli gnocchi perfetti. Li condiremo con pomodoro o burro e salvia e li assaporeremo insieme, accompagnati da vini locali selezionati.
Concluderemo con il nostro tiramisù e un buon caffè. Ti accoglierò in un ambiente curato nei minimi dettagli per condividere tradizione, gusto e convivialità!
