Per iniziare, prepareremo tortelloni ripieni di ricotta e prezzemolo, conditi con delizioso burro fuso e foglie di salvia. Successivamente, realizzeremo tagliatelle fatte a mano e tirate con il matterello, servite con un ricco ragù di salsiccia alla bolognese. Infine, concluderemo con un dessert tradizionale al cucchiaio: il Tiramisù.

- We enjoyed the everning. The private atmosphere and Ana's well designed course made the evening a special event. It was not only cooking but also sitting together and talking about evering under the sun.

- I gave her 5 stars because it’s the highest ranking but it should be 10 stars. AnnaMaria was amazing , the whole experience was fantastic, yes the cooking class was more than I expected, but getting to have dinner with her and Francesco in their lovely terrace was the highlight of the evening. I truly recommend this experience to all, you won’t be disappointed. Grazie Mille AnnaMaria!
- AnnaMaria was absolutely amazing. She taught us 2 pasta dishes and a dessert! Time was of no essence to her which was wonderful as we spoke about their culture, family history and foods. We learned a lot and we come from a history of owning our own restaurants. Worth the cost. I highly recommend this class in Bologna.
- I had a fabulous evening with Annamaria making 3 types of pasta and a freshly made sauce. Her warm welcome into her lovely home made this cooking experience so memorable. I would definitely recommend.
