Inizieremo con palline di ricotta fresca con mortadella, cosparse di granella di pistacchi o nocciole. Realizzeremo insieme i gnocchi di patate impastati a mano, conditi "burro e oro", la classica salsa al pomodoro dell'Emilia Romagna. E per finire un dessert al cucchiaio: il tiramisù, disponibile anche nella versione al cioccolato, senza caffè. Vi insegnerò tutti i trucchi per realizzare questo delizioso menù che potrete facilmente replicare a casa vostra. Gusteremo insieme il tutto, accompagnato da vino del territorio, nella mia mansarda a pochi passi dal centro di Bologna. Possibilità di cenare in terrazza durante la stagione calda.

The class was held on her balcony with a wonderful view over Bologna. After the food prep, we enjoyed And aperitivo then sat down to dinner with Annamaria and her husband as if we were old friends. They were so very welcoming and overall it was a fantastic experience. A highlight of our time in Bologna.
- Annamarie was an excellent host and superior cook. We were 2 couples who enjoy making fresh pasta and bolognese. Annamarie and her husband welcomed us into their home in Bologna and they were warm and inviting. We enjoyed dining on the tagliatelle and bolognese we prepared along with great conversation and local wines. I would strongly recommend this cooking experience.
