Perfect host! This was our favorite cooking experience we have ever done. A lot of it is because of Maurizio. He was very knowledgable, charismatic and welcoming. He made us feel at home from the moment we walked into his home. The day really flew by. The food was sensational. We highly recommend this experience but make sure you request Maurizio! OH, he also asked about our trip and made recommendations on places to see and where we can go based on what we had planned. We took his suggestions and were really happy we did. Thank you for an incredible day!

We really loved the class we took with Maurizio. He has a true passion for cooking and teaching and we had such a good time learning from him. Sono stata invitata a un compleanno organizzato da Maurizio. Una meravigliosa scoperta. Maurizio ci ha accolto in una bellissima casa, con uno stupendo balcone sui tetti di Bologna. Tutto organizzato perfettamente, abbiamo mangiato piatti buonissimi, tra questi una lasagna perfetta, che ha conquistato tutti i bolognesi presenti. È stato un bel compleanno, perché c’era tutto, accoglienza, location che ti fa sentire a casa, cibo fantastico, vini e sangria ottimi e Maurizio il miglior padrone di casa che si possa desiderare!

My wife and I had an incredible time in Maurizio’s pasta-making class! He’s an amazing chef knowledgeable, patient, and so passionate about Italian cuisine. The class was hands-on and fun from start to finish. Maurizio guided us step by step as we learned how to make tortelloni, tagliatelle, and farfalle completely from scratch. He shared so many helpful tips and made the whole process feel simple and enjoyable, even for beginners. We especially appreciated how he explained the traditions behind each pasta shape and the best sauces to pair with them. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and by the end, we were enjoying a delicious meal that we made ourselves! It was such a rewarding and authentic experience, one of the highlights of our trip. We can’t recommend Maurizio’s class enough to anyone wanting to experience true Italian cooking. Grazie mille, Maurizio! 🍝🇮🇹
