Travel through the flavors of Neapolitan culture, while gazing at the marvelous Gulf of Naples. Our typical dishes tell stories and family traditions that intertwine with the local culture. In the kitchen, we will prepare together three unforgettable courses from our menu. Let's start our journey with an appetizer from the popular culture of recycling, mozzarella in carrozza, and then cross the sea in search of the flavors of Capri, with ravioli capresi with tomato and basil.
We will end on a high note, imagining ourselves entering a lemon garden of the coast, while preparing the world-famous Italian dessert: limoncello tiramisu. A culinary experience not to be missed!

- Cuoca unica,professionalmente e umanamente. Allestimento tavoli stupendo. Tutto curato nei dettagli. Antipasti caldi (panzarotti,frittelle,barchetta di salsiccia su salsa friarielli,polpettine varie ,parmigiana melanzane) antipasti freddi tra cui mozzarelle bufala....portate buonissime servite da staff simpatico il tutto in una cornice spettacolare...golfo di Napoli. Grazie per aver reso questa festa meravigliosa. Tornero'presto anche per una cena familiare sempre in terrazzo!!!!!

- This was our favorite experience in Naples. Emanuela took us through the fresh market area of the city, providing a fascinating history through the lens of food. We learned about dozens of different ingredients, where they come from, and which vendors have been there the longest. We stoped for a cone of street food, and sampled sausages and smoked mozzarella. I especially enjoyed learning about the different varieties of cheeses and tomatoes available. After picking up fresh baked bread, we travelled to her beautiful home and began cooking. We created a ricotta and biscuit cake (family recipe), cut tomatoes for bruschetta, and made fresh pasta for a tomato, caper and olive dish. From the family-made olive oil and wine to the beautiful view from her dining table, Emanuela made us feel at home. Her passion for true Neapolitan cuisine is infectious. We are involved in teaching others how to grow and cook their own food in America, and we are inspired by Emanuela. We highly recommend this experience!
