You will learn how to prepare the main ingredient in recipes such as, tordelli di patate e pancetta al burro e salvia, a fresh filled pasta typical of the area, egg noodles topped with mushrooms and sausage and pici all'aglione della Valdichiana.

- If we could give Anna and Stefano more than 5 stars we would. 8 members of my family joined me for our cooking class on our last day in Tuscany. What a wonderful experience! After an epic 10 days in Italy, my family shared that this was a highlight from the trip. Delicious food and education made better by warm and friendly hosts. I can't recommend it enough!!
- Excellent Tuscan cooking experience. Anna and Stefano made the cooking class an unforgettable experience for us as a family. Even with our one year old son we were able to fully experience the cooking class and the little one was very welcomed. We can only recommend it to anyone who is looking for an authentic Tuscan cooking class in an adorable home with great hosts. We loved every bit of it. And if we are again in the area we will for sure come back for another session.
- Wow our cooking class with Anna and her husband was such a treat ! Anna is so passionate and knowledgeable, she is so welcoming and kind. My mom and I had a blast learning how to make pizza and focaccia. Anna and her husband have such a lovely home, they made us feel right at home. Thank you Anna for such a fun class and beautiful memories !

- We were welcomed with open arms by Anna and her husband Stefano and immediately felt welcome. Cooking was a lot of fun and a great experience. The kitchen is very nice and we used herbs picked fresh from the garden. We already look forward to make our own pasta at home. Anna was an incredible teacher. We had so much fun learning how to make pasta in such an intimate and beautiful setting. I was such a lovely evening to have dinner with them together after cooking. They even sang happy birthday to my husband, who had his birthday that evening. Highly recommend this course for anyone who wants a true Italian experience!
