Hi my name is Silvia, and I love cooking and sharing my passion with others. In this experience we will prepare together five appetizers typical of the Lucchese and Tuscan tradition, using seasonal ingredients, such as tomatoes during the summer season and cabbage in the winter season.
We will have fun together making panzanella and bruschetta with oil and garlic, and then crostini with livers, focaccia, and vegetable pie.

- What a treat! Fabulous night with Sylvie and fellow participants! Sylvie welcomed us into her beautiful home and showed us, expertly, how to make some classic dishes. Fantastic experience and can't recommend Sylvie enough!!
