We will go together to pick produce directly from the organic garden and Cook together. Everything will be characterized by lightheartedness, cheerfulness, conviviality in a villa surrounded by greenery with the singing of birds as we enjoy tasty, colorful dishes that will intoxicate the senses. Time will pass without us noticing, caught up in the excitement that only food can convey

    I booked a private pasta and tiramisu class for my wife and son with Francesca, which was the highlight of our trip to Italy. The meeting point was very convenient, right across from the major church of Pompeii. We were picked up by Francesca's husband and niece and driven a short distance to their beautiful home in Scafati where we met Francesca and her daughter. Francesca and her family were delightful and made us feel right at home. The cooking class was fantastic, and my wife and son really enjoyed it. Everything from the dinner was from their outstanding garden, which had lemon, orange, peach, mandarin and olive trees, tomatoes, spinach, onions, garlic, etc. The home-made red wine was the best we ever had, and the food was absolutely delicious. It was such a pleasure to cook, eat and talk with Francesca and her family. Afterward Francesca sent us all the recipes from the class which we appreciated. My family and I would highly recommend a cooking class with Francesca and hope to return to take another one in the future!

    Francesca opened her house, her family and her fantastic cooking to us. We had such an amazing time. She made us feel like part of the family. We laughed and joked over a table of amazing food.. When we make it back to this part of Italy we will definitely plan to take another cooking class with her. Francesca and her family helped make the night one that we will remember for a long time. I cannot recommend the experience enough.

    We had a wonderful evening with Francesca and her lovely family. The antipasti, pasta and tiramisu were incredibly delicious and almost all of the ingredients came from their own garden. Even the wine was homemade. But most importantly, we didn't feel like customers, but like friends. For us, the pasta course was the highlight of our trip to Italy. We definitely recommend it!

    Took Francesca’s class for our honeymoon and it was the highlight of our trip! The family is very welcoming to their beautiful hope and it was an authentic experience. The garden was beautiful and they grow all of their ingredients. Her and her family did a wonderful job instructing us resulting in a delicious meal! I’m ver appreciative of their hospitality and I cannot wait to practice what I have learned from home ☺️

    Dinner with Francesca and the family was absolutely lovely! They are all wonderful people who offer a warm welcome. We started with a tour of their garden and orchard, and harvested fresh vegetables to incorporate into a magnificent four course meal. The food was abundant and absolutely delicious, as were the homemade wine and digestifs. My brothers and I were spending time in the Compania region in an effort to reconnect with our ancestral roots, but we didn't have any direct family contacts. So dinner with Francesca was a beautiful way to have a real family dinner experience in spite of that, and learn more about the foodways of the region our great great grandparents came from. I definitely recommend!
