    Welcome to our home on the picturesque Amalfi Coast, where history and beauty come together, creating one of Italy's most delicious culinary traditions. Join us for an unforgettable culinary experience. During our cooking class, we will begin with a welcome appetizer, prepared with fresh produce from our garden, artisanal cheeses and homemade bread. The main part of the class will be dedicated to the preparation of fresh pasta. We will guide you in creating a filled pasta (ravioli, tortelloni or candy), varying according to the season, and we will also make a long pasta, such as mafalde. To end on a sweet note, you will learn how to make the original delicious tiramisu recipe. We look forward to having you in our family!

    Rocco and Carla were warm, welcoming, and full of fascinating stories that made the experience truly memorable. The small group setting created a relaxed and friendly atmosphere, with beautiful weather and a stunning environment. We enjoyed absolutely delicious homemade meals, paired with local wine and fresh herbs straight from their garden. Their pasta-making workshop was hands-on, fun, and packed with useful tips — from crafting the perfect dough to preparing rich, authentic sauces. A truly unforgettable Italian experience I’d highly recommend!

    The cooking class was wonderful. Rocco and Carla were very friendly and knowledgeable. We learned about their life on Praiano and how they make everything from scratch, including the olive oil, the wine, cured meat and a liquor, all from fresh ingredients from their garden or from friends and family. The experience took place in a covered outdoor area on their property right near some of their gardens. We had a lot of fun making a delicious meal and got to meet a nice couple from Australia. We would definitely recommend this to others if you’re looking for an authentic Italian experience!

    We are in Praiano, an enchanted village in the heart of the Amalfi Coast, the perfect place to create dishes that reflect tradition and authenticity. Here we are welcomed by Carla and Rocco who since childhood, have experienced the world of cooking first-hand, through studying traditions and spending evenings sitting around the dinner table. For them, cooking is not just passion, it’s  a lifestyle. Their experiences in the restaurant world, have given life to their project: to combine gastronomic passion, traditions and genuine food cooked with the produce that they have grown or even fished themselves. "Following family recipes and passing them on to our guests is our goal!"
