Then, a delicious frisella, typical of Central and Southern Italy, enriched with cherry tomatoes, fresh cheese, red onion, oil, oregano, capers and a pinch of salt. We continue with ricotta, mortadella and pistachio meatballs, followed by ricotta and pear-filled puff pastries, savory croissants with salami and cheese, and truffle bruschetta. I especially love cooking seafood dishes, perhaps because they are my favorite. Being a Molisana living in Sicily, my cuisine is a blend of flavors and traditions from both regions, ranging from meat to fish, without forgetting desserts. In any case, I prefer balanced flavors, without overusing spices or condiments!
