    In this engaging culinary course, you will acquire the skills to prepare the famous piadina. With just a few ingredients, expertly blended, you will bring to life one of the world's most prized delicacies, at least to my taste: the Piada, the quintessential bread of Romagna. This exquisite flatbread goes beautifully with sliced meats, cheeses, gratins and even Nutella. We will also pack delicious cassoni, closed variants of piada that turn out to be authentic goodness! Cassoni can be filled with mozzarella and tomato, mozzarella and cooked ham, potatoes and sausage, or with country herbs.To end on a sweet note, I will guide you in the preparation of a delicious Romagna doughnut, all accompanied by an excellent wine.

    We had an amazing time with our Nonna Patti. She instructed everything clearly and had a beautifull garden and a lovely family who helped us with everything. We had the best past ever and everything was served great. If u are close Rimini, this is the place to go for really good pasta and the best time. It is given by the sweetest lady, we would definitely reccomend!

    Io e il mio ragazzo Siamo stati accolti da Patrizia, una padrona di casa gentilissima e premurosa, che ci ha guidati con pazienza nella preparazione della pasta fresca. Si percepisce subito la sua passione per ciò che fa e la gioia con cui desidera trasmetterla agli altri: ogni passaggio ci è stato spiegato con cura e con un sorriso, rendendo il tutto semplice e piacevole. L’ambiente familiare e accogliente ci ha fatto sentire immediatamente a casa. La casa di Patrizia è molto bella e dopo la lezione abbiamo potuto cenare nel suo incantevole giardino. È stata un’esperienza unica, che ci ha lasciato il sorriso e che consigliamo a chiunque voglia vivere un momento di convivialità, imparare divertendosi e gustare dell’ottimo cibo in compagnia. Vale davvero la pena!

    We had the best time with Patrizia and her sister. They were so incredibly nice and welcoming! From buying cheese at a local cheese farm and visiting a wine cellar to learning how to make piadina and pasta, the whole experience was perfect and we can’t recommend it highly enough. ❤️

    The house of our Cesarina Patrizia is a small jewel a stone's throw from the sea, in fact, it’s surrounded by a garden with many flowers, a fragrant vegetable garden, and, in the distance, seagulls. "My passion for cooking was born when my grandmother made me get on a stool to help her cook, it was so amazing! My cuisine is simple, and strongly linked to the Romagna area”.
