A few simple ingredients will allow us to learn how to prepare two typical dishes of our tradition. Tagliatelle al Musso and tortelli with radicchio and Monte Veronese will be made and enjoyed with our guests. We will welcome guests with a short aperitif and get right down to business and then enjoy our dishes in the garden.

- We've had a wonderful experience with Cristiana! She explained everything very clearly and patiently, and gave us many tips and tricks. She was also very accommodating in our food preferences. Her house was lovely with a large kitchen which had enough space for the cooking class. We would definitely recommend her, and we're already thinking of when we'll take her pizza cooking class!

- I booked a pasta cooking class for me and my friend. When we arrived we were met my Christiana who was the warmest, most welcoming individual. She made us both feel at home. We made three different styles of pasta’s and Christiana was a very patient and in-depth teacher. We had the most loveliest experience and came away feeling like we made a friend! I would definitely recommend her and this experience to anyone!!!
- Great experience. Cristiana and Stefano are teacher-friends. Sitting in their garden is unforgettable. Excellent wine. But if you want to make Strfan happy, bring a beer. And also something for the cat A.
