Cooking class: learn how to cook traditional & innovative Italian recipes from a local Cesarina

Discover the authentic flavors of the Tuscan countryside with the preparation of pici and tiramisu al vinsanto on a farm in the shadow of the towers of San Gimignano! The experience begins with a visit to the vineyard and cellar, followed by an explanation of the wines and production methods.

We will continue with a cooking class, where you will learn how to prepare pici (a thick, long pasta) paired with a seasonal vegetable sauce. We will then prepare the Tuscan version of tiramisu. Finally, we will enjoy the dishes we have prepared together, accompanied by three wines from our own production. We only use fresh ingredients from our garden or local farms in our menus. Children can see the farm animals: donkeys, horses, and goats!
