Cooking class: learn how to cook traditional & innovative Italian recipes from a local Cesarina
Shared Experience
Your experience
- Bruschetta with fresh tomatoes from the garden and basil
- Gnudi with butter and sage
- Tiramisù
In this cooking class, I will welcome you into a historic Medici residence, located on the oldest street in Florence, nestled in the hills just a few minutes’ walk from the Ponte Vecchio. It’s a charming and elegant setting where you’ll enjoy a truly authentic culinary experience.
We’ll cook together in the grand fireplace room, preparing traditional Florentine dishes. We’ll start with gnudi made with ricotta and spinach, dressed with butter and sage. Next, we’ll make bruschette with fresh tomatoes and basil, and to end on a sweet note, we’ll prepare the all-time Italian dessert classic: tiramisù. I look forward to cooking with you!
