A Bergamasque Dinner in the Heart of Milan
I invite you to a special evening that will take you back to family Sundays in my Bergamasque village, Tagliuno. As my grandmother used to do, we will prepare together the dishes that brought everyone together at the table. We will start with pasta pasticciata al ragù, just as she made it, rich and flavorful. We will continue with well-cooked and tasty roast veal, accompanied by polenta bergamasca, creamy and rustic, a symbol of our tradition.

Paolo
Cesarina from 2024Location: Milan Languages: Italian and EnglishI enjoy cooking regional dishes, especially those from Italian tradition. I love experimenting and tend to prefer rustic dishes, with a particular focus on pasta and meat, which are my favorites. I can’t overlook risottos, another one of my passions. Besides savory dishes, I also like baking desserts such as apple cake and torta paradiso. I aim for my guests to leave my home both full and smiling. Cooking is a moment of sharing; I approach it with lightness, laughter, and a genuine joy for creating dishes that bring pleasure and emotion.
