Your menu
After visiting the beach adjacent to my home, I'll offer my guests dishes that sensorially complement the visual experience of the sea. To start, we'll have octopus "murato" drowned in a creamy tomato and olive sauce; followed by linguine with scampi and scabbardfish rolls coated in aromatic herbs, nestled on a bed of anchovy spinach. To finish, a delicious lemon delight.
