    Come and discover all the secrets to prepare a dish of fresh homemade pasta in my home in the historic center of Palermo. I will teach you how to prepare the dough using durum wheat flour and water as typical in southern italy. We'll prepare a sauce to pair with our pasta while the dough is resting. The sauce will vary according to seasonality and availability of ingredients. Then we'll focus on shaping pasta. I'll demonstrate the most typical sicilian shapes like busiate, cavatelli, or maccheroni. After having prepared our dish, we will sit down at the table to taste it together with a glass of wine and a lot of Sicilian warmth!

    Vegetarian or vegan alternative is always available!

    Our hosts were extremely friendly and patient instructors. It was fun and a great learning experience. Our hosts provided delicious refreshments and snacks in their charming living room while they cooked our freshly made pasta dishes. The meal was outstanding so we all did well with our pasta making.     "I was passionate about cooking and food since I was a child, accomplices grandmother who loved to cook and the whole family who loves to eat well. Sicily, like all Italy, has an invaluable gastronomic heritage, whose recipes and preparations vary from house to house, not only between cities and provinces.
