Alice and Francesco, your enthusiasm for cooking and food science, combined with your hospitality was phenomenal! We learned classic Italian food and techniques which we will take home with us and share with our own families. We wish you much success and hope your business continues to thrive.

Alice was a perfect host. The experience was amazing. We learned a lot of things related cooking. Alice knew a lot of tips and tricks. Also she informed us about the reasons that why the recipe is in certain ways. Besides cooking, we enjoyed a lot the conversations we had. She is a very warm person, as if we knew each other for many years. I definitely recommend her as a Sicilian cook and as a host.

Amazing experience! Alice and Francesco were wonderful hosts and took us through the pasta-making process seamlessly. They taught us several different methods and were wonderful teachers. I can’t wait to go back to the states and try out this new skill set they have taught me! Not only was the class great, but Alice and Francesco were lovely people and so welcoming. We can’t say enough good things. Book with them immediately!

"I was passionate about cooking and food since I was a child, accomplices grandmother who loved to cook and the whole family who loves to eat well. I therefore decided to pursue a university career in the field of gastronomy. I have faced a multidisciplinary and holistic path that has treated the world of food at 360 o'clock. I love cooking for my family and for others, starting from the choice of recipes and the selection of ingredients. I like to experiment and I'm particularly passionate about pastry and leavened foods. I do research on ancient cookbooks and asking around, especially older ladies, their family recipes. Sicily, like all Italy, has an invaluable gastronomic heritage, whose recipes and preparations vary from house to house, not only between cities and provinces. This gives the palate the opportunity to enjoy the same traditional dishes with different ingredients, techniques and stories."
