- Alice and Francesco are amazing instructors and chefs. We had a wonderful time learning to make pasta and tiramisu, and enjoying the results of our efforts at the table with them. We appreciate them welcoming us into their home and for being so friendly and knowledgable. Their class was one of the highlights of our trip, and we won’t forget it.
- We have just finished our 20 day European holiday & learning to make pasta was the highlight of our trip, highly recommend Alice & this activity, it was a good alternative relaxing activity (we did lots of walking tours). I did this class with my 14 year old daughter, we will remember the activity & hospitality of the hosts for many years
- Our hosts were extremely friendly and patient instructors. It was fun and a great learning experience. Our hosts provided delicious refreshments and snacks in their charming living room while they cooked our freshly made pasta dishes. The meal was outstanding so we all did well with our pasta making. I would highly recommend Creatine cooking class.
- From the moment we arrived, hospitality by both of them were warm and welcoming. Table was ready with our dough and pasta making was delightful and super fun. Making Tiramisu was fantastic. We returned to the living room for delicious appetizers and proseca and they cooked the pasta in amazing sauce and served us in the dining room with lots of laughter and joy. One of our highlights of Palermo
- Alice was amazing - very professional and knowledgeable, patient and explaining everything. The end result, the Cannoli, was simply perfect. Tasty, crispy and crunchy and beautiful in look.
