Experience an authentic day in the heart of Salento, preparing together one of the signature dishes of the peasant tradition: fava beans and chicories. From harvesting the wild chicories to cooking and sharing the meal at the table, it will be an immersive and genuine experience. The menu will begin with a tasting of bruschetta, aged cheeses and pittule salentine. The first course, the star of the day, will be "fave e cicorie," served with morsels of fried bread and accompanied by a good glass of red wine from Salento. We will end on a sweet note with dessert, coffee and homemade nocino. A journey into the flavors and gestures of Salento cuisine.

For our guests we reserve above all the products of our land, the dishes of the typical cuisine of Salento. However, those of a national nature that are fully part of the traditional Mediterranean diet cannot be excluded. From the coasts of Salento, tagliolini with seafood, linguine with sea urchins, soups and fried fish to name a few, and then again, arriving inland, the famous ciciri and tria, maccheroncini and orecchiette with sauce, seasoned with excellent aged ricotta cheese or, for gourmets and risk-takers, strong ricotta. This is much more for all those who want to be our welcome guests.
