The class will take place in my home, set in a lovely garden, creating a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. At the end of the class, you will taste your creations accompanied by a delicious house aperitif, prepared with fresh, local ingredients.     I recently had the pleasure of attending a pasta and tiramisu course held in patrizias private home, and it was truly a remarkable experience. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed into a warm and authentic atmosphere that instantly set the tone for something special. The course was not only about learning recipes but also about discovering the heart and soul of Italian cooking. Making fresh pasta from scratch was both fun and rewarding, and the step-by-step guidance made it easy for everyone to follow along, regardless of skill level. The highlight, of course, was preparing (and later enjoying!) a heavenly tiramisu – creamy, balanced, and absolutely delicious. What made this event truly unforgettable was the personal touch: cooking together in such an intimate setting, sharing stories, laughter, and of course a wonderful meal at the end. It felt less like a class and more like being part of a family gathering in Italy. I would wholeheartedly recommend this course to anyone looking not just to learn Italian cooking, but to enjoy a unique, authentic, and heartwarming experience.

    We would love to thank Patrizia for this amazing cooking class and the hospitality. We left with so much more than just new skills and recipes. She was so kind and an amazing teacher, everything was well-prepared, she explained and showed us everything slowly so we could understand all the details. It was fun and the dinner was delicious!     Esperienza super!! Ho prenotato insieme alla mia ragazza un pomeriggio fantastico a casa di Patrizia. La casa si presta già dall esterno un bellissimo casolare romagnolo immerso nel verde con sfumature country che rendono il tutto più magico. Entrati in casa abbiamo iniziato il corso ed è stato davvero divertente e soddisfacente passare tre ore a casa di Patrizia a preparare e mangiare prelibatezze romagnole..
