Hello! I’m Emanuela, and I’m passionate about bread, pizza and home cooking.
In my flat in Milan, near CityLife, I run small, hands-on pizza-making workshops in a warm and friendly atmosphere.
During the experience, guests will make pizza from scratch, learning simple, authentic techniques from the Italian tradition, before enjoying it together in a relaxed and convivial atmosphere.
The experience is perfect for couples, friends and families who want to enjoy an authentic taste of homemade Italian cuisine.

For me, cooking means sharing and spending meaningful moments together. I love making sweet and savory leavened doughs, especially pizza, and I also attend training courses to keep improving. I also enjoy traditional dishes from Abruzzo and Marche, because they always take me back home in my mind and help me strengthen my bond with my roots.
