Make yourself comfortable in the 'paradise' villa, not only to savor the recipes I've prepared for you but also to enjoy the serenity and breathtaking views my home offers. During this course, you'll learn step by step how to prepare three recipes. The appetizer will be 'montanara': a hollow fried pizza with tomato sauce, Parmesan, and basil. Its name, somewhat unusual for a seaside city, is said to derive from the mountain farmers or 'i montanari' who used to consume it during lunch breaks. For the first course, I propose Caprese ravioli, which is closely connected to our local tradition: these ravioli are the symbol of the island of Capri, filled with ricotta and marjoram. Finally, we'll finish with a traditional 'torta della nonna' featuring custard cream!

Ci troviamo a Nerano, una miniera d’oro naturale. Io, Margherita, insieme all’aiuto della mia dolce nonna amiamo cucinare piatti tipici del posto in cui viviamo. Insieme facciamo gli gnocchi, i ravioli, i gamberetti aromatizzati in foglia di limone, la pizza di crema al limone… La casa in cui andremo a realizzare queste cose si trova a Nerano, dove ci trasferiamo d’estate per goderci la quiete e la pace che laggiù si respira.
