Your experience
  • Pappa al Pomodoro
  • Calamarata (pasta) with seafood
  • Tiramisù

My guests will be welcomed by an appetizer with focaccia and drinks, and then dive into the preparation of three traditional dishes to be enjoyed all together. In our time together, we will prepare: Pappa al Pomodoro, Calamarata with squid and fresh cherry tomatoes, and Tiramisu. We will start with the dessert because it will need to rest two hours in the refrigerator before being enjoyed. After that, we will proceed to prepare the pappa col pomodoro and squid sauce. We will then cook the pasta which we will season with the fresh squid sauce, and we will enjoy the three prepared dishes together, drinking glasses of white wine.

I am originally from Tuscany but adopted by Liguria; I love simple things. My greatest passion is fresh pasta, made following my grandmother's recipes because they taste like home. I adore going to the market and buying fresh vegetables, wandering through spice stalls, and tasting the good cheeses from the valleys around Genoa. Cooking has been a passion of mine for years now: I attended a cooking school, worked in some restaurants, and have a blog where I jot down my recipes. I like to think of my dishes always paired with a good glass of wine, preferably from the local area or with characteristics that can enhance the flavors on the table. My home is always crowded, cooking for others is an important part of my free time outside the office. After all, you always cook with someone in mind, otherwise, you're just preparing food to eat.
