In the heart of ancient Genoa , hands in the dough to prepare pizza al with the legendary Pesto di basilico dop genovese! We will also knead focaccia alla genovese the original and world famous one.

Kneading, seasoning, informing, the fragrance of freshly baked pizza and focaccia. A d anon course to miss if you want to learn how to make pizza and focaccia at home anywhere in the world ! And to finish we will make classic tiramisu and in summer with fruit. I am waiting for you ! Tiziana

Our time with Tiziana and Roberto was unbelievable. We booked this experience at the last minute (the night before) when our other plans got canceled due to weather. Tiziana was quick to let us know how to find their location. It was a blessing to be able to meet them and learn from them. Their home was so welcoming and we will never forget the memories we made.

"The delights of Tiziana are a mix of traditional Ligurian cuisine, with Venetian and Calabrian influences . My family has origins linked to these three regions and my passion for cooking and hospitality began when I was a child. eight years I organized parties at my house and I chose the menu with my mother Maria, a Venetian who grew up in Genoa, who helped me and in the meantime I was learning. In my home, which is located in the heart of Genoa, located in a "creuza de but "one step away from the historic center of Genoa, I propose a very eclectic cuisine: from the lean cappon of the Ligurian tradition in its most sumptuous dimension, to the top treated like a divinity that is realized after long passages, to finish with pesto, prepared with the basil picked on the right day just sprouted.
