I will receive guests in my cozy kitchen, sea view, dive we will prepare together a stuffed pasta, ricotta ravioli, but with a twist, pasta printed with edible flowers, accompanied by a roasted tomato sauce. This will be followed by the preparation of maccheroni al ferretto, and to finish my fresh tiramisu al sañore delke arance di sicilia. We will taste it all with the best natural wine from Etna.

I had a cooking class with my nine year old daughter and Laura was fantastic. We asked for a change of the dessert from tiramisu to cannoli and she was able to check her ingredients and accomodate our request!! We had the best time learning about pasta and life in Catania. Thanks Laura for a very memorable experience and lifelong skills to take home /share with our family and friends!

My cooking class with Laura was the highlight of my Catania stay! Laura was flexible on the menu and happy to adapt to my preferences. We made a delicious caponata, pasta alla Norma and tiramisu in her gorgeous apartment kitchen, and shared a natural rose from her friends’ winery on her balcony with views of Catania and the ocean . She was patient and helpfully explained the rationale behind certain ingredients and steps so I could easily adapt when I attempt the recipes back in Melbourne. Highly recommend !!!
