We will then cook delicious seasonal ricotta gnocchetti alla Norma, with tomato sauce, fried eggplant, and ricotta flakes. Finally, we will delight ourselves with a typical Palermo dessert, choosing between soft biancomangiare or crunchy cannoli filled with sweet ricotta. An authentic experience of Sicilian flavors to prepare and enjoy together!
