Together we will prepare Cacio all'Argentiera, a traditional dish from Palermo with caciocavallo cheese roasted in a pan with oil, garlic, and a touch of vinegar, flavored with oregano. We will then cook delicious seasonal ricotta gnocchetti alla Norma, with tomato sauce, fried eggplant, and ricotta flakes. Finally, we will delight ourselves with a typical Palermo dessert, choosing between soft "biancomangiare" or crunchy cannoli filled with sweet ricotta. An authentic experience of Sicilian flavors to prepare and enjoy together!
