The first days of spring are beginning with the sun warming the air, and this is the perfect opportunity to come to the beach and maybe stop for a meal at my place. My house is located in a quiet place, with a wonderful garden where you can relax and spend a few carefree hours. For the Easter menu, the stars are Nidi di Rondine, prepared following my grandmother's recipe: simple, but delicious. As an appetizer, you can enjoy typical local products accompanied by homemade piadina. To conclude, I propose a Colomba semifreddo, served with slivered almonds and melted chocolate. So, what are you waiting for? Come and visit me!
