Ich wurde mit offenen Armen von Cinzia und ihrem Mann Marco empfangen und habe mich sofort willkommen gefühlt. Das Kochen hat unheimlich viel Spaß gemacht und war eine tolle Erfahrung. Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich und Cinzia hat auch einen Gemüsegarten aus dem wir frische Tomaten und Basilikum fürs Essen gepflückt haben. Ich freue mich schon, wenn ich zuhause mein eigenes Tiramisu machen kann :)

Ho conosciuto una bellissima persona!! Abbiamo fatto la spesa,raccolto cose meravigliose dal suo orto e poi cucinato come non facevo da bambina,la pasta fatta a mano e il tiramisù nella sua casa accogliente. Consiglio vivamente questa esperienza e Cinzia rende tutto più magico!

Dinner with Cinzia was great and her husband Marco added to the overall fun. She arranged a taxi for us to/from her house. The area she lives in is gorgeous and she can see the Dolomites from her home. Unfortunately for us it was a bit drizzly and cloudy that day, so we didn't get to see them for ourselves. Food, wine and company were great. We would have liked to have more of a "cooking" lesson vs. just a making pasta. Would have loved to make a sauce or pasta stuffing ourselves and talk about the spices, vegetable and/or whatever else would be in the sauce. Cinzia is a great lady and very fun!

"I am passionate about cooking, in the family we grew up in the kitchen of grandmother and uncles who had a restaurant, an evolution that made me aware of the importance of healthy and genuine nutrition with always selected and above all cultivated raw materials, another passion of mine . Our territory is at 1000 meters, a varied plateau rich in both winter and summer tourist points, walks and sports. I live in a climate house, which required sacrifices and is the result of a dream I had since I was a child when I accompanied the my grandmother grazes on the same meadow where my house now stands. My table is simple, I am told that the dishes are good and plentiful and everyone is eager to wait for the sweet that for my happiness I always keep of great surprise, there is no lack of laughter and happy chats, which always give a smile to all those who leave the house at the end of the evening ".
