- Potatos Ravioli with bacon
In our typical brick farmhouse in the Tuscan countryside you will be welcomed with a platter of cured meats and cheeses from our area accompanied by a glass of prosecco. You will learn how to prepare Tordelli ripieni di patate e pancetta (Tordelli stuffed with potatoes and bacon) starting from the preparation of the pastry sheet with flour and eggs to the hand sealing of each tortello. We will also prepare together the famous tagliatelle that will be seasoned with the typical white Ragout of the Val di Chiana. To finish you will taste a magnificent Tiramisu of which you will learn all the secrets for the preparation from pasteurizing the eggs to dusting with chocolate.

- Anna and Stefano were extremely welcoming and gracious hosts. We learn a lot by cooking in their beautiful kitchen and dining in their elegant dinning room. We learned to make 2 pastas as well as tiramisu. Then we sat outside and enjoyed a lovely evening in the Tuscan air. Both food and drink were delicious and their hospitality truly fabulous!!! - This was the highlight of our entire trip to Italy and for so many reasons. From the moment Anna and Stefano greeted us on the front lawn to walking us to our car then entire experience is more than anyone could expect. Immediately we felt welcomed into their beautiful home in the country. The food and drink and conversation amazing. We cooked from scratch, we drank local wine and we can not wait to do it all again. Don’t miss this experience.
