    Together we will prepare Tortelli alla Lastra, the "takeaway" version of the classic potato tortelli. Peasant women used to cook them before going to the fields: a tasty, nutritious food that is easy to heat up on a simple stone slab. We will enjoy them accompanied by Tuscan cold cuts and a good glass of wine. After creating this specialty with your own hands, I will reveal my grandmother's secret for a truly special Castagnaccio: a rustic dessert made with chestnut flour and dried fruit, perfect with a glass of vinsanto... all in front of a large lit fireplace!
