Inside a farmhouse from the 1300s, nestled in the woods, I will teach you how to make wonderful cookies like Tuscan cantucci, pastry basics like custard and sponge cake in a vegan way. We will also make a Cashew Cheesecake!

    I am Cesarina Danilo, a vegan chef for more than 20 years, ready to teach you the tricks of the trade.
