We will start by making the appetizer with homemade frittatas and piadina, accompanied by cured meats, cheeses, pickled vegetables, and seasonal products. There will also be plenty of food options available for our vegetarian guests. Next, we will proceed with the preparation of garganelli, a particular type of pasta made using a small ridged cutting board and a wooden straw. We will prepare the dough together and roll it out into sheets. We will then cut small squares and make the garganelli, small artisanal macaroni. Their perfect sauce? Ragù. But we can also invent vegetable-based sauces to satisfy the vast audience of vegetarians. We will finish with zuppa inglese: the preparation is simple but impressive.
