Sono un artista appassionata di cucina, in particolare della cucina tradizionale di famiglia. Faccio pittura e il mio lato creativo lo sviluppo anche nei piatti che cucino. Porto avanti la tradizione della nonna facendo gli gnocchi fatti a mano, in un modo semplice nulla di complicato, cosi che tutti quelli che li fa non con me possono rifarli a casa da soli. Ho una ricetta che non dimenticheranno mai più!

- An amazing time spent with Anna. It was like we had known her for ages and we were friends visiting to cook together. Making gnocchi, ragu and salad. Drinking good wine and chatting about art and Florence. Anna is clearly an accomplished artist and this added a very special addition to the time wd had. Highly recommend

- Our hostess Anna was amazing! My cooking class took place in Toscana, Florence. Her kind hospitality made our cooking class experience, educational, fun, and 100% hands-on every step of the way. What a delightful day! Still talking about it. We learned about what oil to cook with and why, vegetables chosen, and most importantly, specific ingredients, such as the flour and wine.
